Official closing of FAO project GCP/FRY/003/FIN

On Saturday 31.05.2008 a 3-year project „Forest sector development in Serbia” which involve more than 15 international and 20 national consultants official is closed.

with a main aim to inform all interested participants on posible futur activities/projects. FAO GCP/FRY/003/FIN provide solid base for posible future projects which could be a follow-up of just finished FAO project.

Final presentation of all project results

After 3 year project duration, at 22.05.2008 in Hotel Best Western Šumadija, with a presence of more than 90 representatives of forestry and other institutions, all project results has been presented. With a welcome speach a meeting was opened by project leader Mr Franc Ferlin, director of Directorate of Forests Mr Aleksandar Vasiljević and HE Ambasador of Republic of Finland Mr Kari Veijalainen. Main project results, processes and activities have been presented by its cariers (consultants).
